Bend the wire rope to form a loop, place the rope end inside the saddle of the clip.
Keep the main wire rope against the saddle arc, leave the tail length at least 6 times the rope diameter.
Tighten two nuts alternately to ensure even clamping and prevent slipping.
Retighten nuts after first load to avoid loosening caused by vibration.
Only for light static fixing. Do NOT use for lifting, frequent vibration or coastal corrosive environments.
Matching quantity: 2 clips for rope ≤6mm; 3 clips for 8–12mm rope. Clip spacing ≥6 times rope diameter.
