Our four‑lug crimp thimbles are forged carbon steel thimbles exclusively for hydraulic swaged wire rope slings. The four projecting lugs deform under press force and clamp onto aluminum ferrule, forming a solid rope‑eye assembly. Multiple surface treatments including black paint, powder coating and hot‑dip galvanized are optional for anti‑corrosion. Strictly manufactured for rigging & lifting service. Important note: this thimble cannot be used for hand‑spliced or clip‑assembled wire rope.
